hi why not put a membrian down like i did the put multipurpose compost in them then add plants i had very very good results now i have managed to get some carpet down this year pot filled and planted toms peppers chillies and aubergens.all going well this year except 4 of my peppers iv now put those outside.never have to dig in there agaib
