Build/buy a compost bin and as the yesrs go by and you have waste, dig a trench fill with the waste and sive the soil you dug out or add it to the compost bin. slowly your soil will improve and you will reap hard core for drainage in pots or sub base for paths.
Waste Nothing, Improvise, addapt and overcome.
