Thanks Rowan, it is at the back of the garden right next to an overgrown blackberry hedge and I've let nettles grow all around it (the pond) to create a sort of wildlife retreat.
I'm just so disappointed that we haven't got any frogs! I did tell my daughter we would have some next year when I dug it Feel like a bit of a failure of a Dad now
