it tastes good it seeds itself and it will plague your plot for ever
reseeding itself is not the word.
you only have to miss one flower head and your in trouble.
i inherited my plot from a jamaican who had a bajain on one side and an antiguan on the other and they tell me it all started with a few seeds.
they haven't planted it for over twenty years and they still harvest loads each year.

we steam the young leaves like spinach but the thicker steams can be steamed or boild when cut in to 2 inch lengths
