thanks i'm giving all bug infested plants a soapy bath today to try to get rid of the mites. Without using fungiside could I just cut off the mouldy leaves?

I'm really concerned about the pepper plants though. Do they have the moasic virus or am I over reacting? They have yellow splotches,curled leaves etc and I don't see bugs.
