You can always put an upturned clear plastic anything over the top...or just put one in and see how it does.

My toms that went in on Saturday - the trench method so the leaves are only an inch off the ground - are all looking perky indeed. If there was any frost danger; I'd pop some fleece on but I think you'll be okay as nothing forecast for the immediate future.

As long as you harden them off beforehand, they should be fine.
