Hello --
I'm thrilled and overwhelmed to suddenly be caretaker for _six_ herb wheels. They are big ones, probably 8 feet across each. Located in eastern Scotland.

I'm new to the UK and don't even know what all the plants are in the wheels, just know they have been very well tended. The chives I can identify, and rosemary.

Is there a basic book I can get on herbs here and how to work with them (cutting back or not, what needs it's roots trimmed -- am assuming mint will need this so as not to overrun other things).

Also, ANY advice on mixing heights, herbs with flowers, etc. would be most appreciated.
