There are no mint seedlings in your picture - mint seedlings are tiny. All yours are basils of some kind. Bear in mind that lots of red or coloured plants don't develop their colours while inside; red lettuce seedlings, for instance, usually stay green till you put them out. You've probably labelled them correctly.
