Default Peppadew please please please please

Hi David
Wow, I had no idea what was in store for me when I decided to grow some of the peppadew peppers. I first came across them in the deli section at Whole Foods in Seattle. It was rare enough that I was in Seattle ( country bumpkin through and through ) but I had found my dream pepper, kind of hot, kind of sweet. My wife and I grow some Jalopenos every year but sometimes they are screamer hot (inedible for us) and occasionally they are just right.
I looked everywhere last year for the Peppadew seeds and that's when I found out what everybody does........sorry, you can't have em'. Anyway, I decided to give it a look again this year and stumbled across the Grapevine (hopefully luckily) that showed some promise cause at least people were talking about them. And begging for them. Like I'm about to do.lol. We have a 9' x 12' greenhouse that sits empty after the veggie starts hit the garden that would love to have peppadews to love and shelter. They would have the run of the whole greenhouse. I would be more than happy to share seeds off the crop if I can just get some going. We are garlic freaks ( well, I am ) I grow Siberian, Roja and Music Pink all grown organic as is the entire garden. All these came from Chester Aaron stock ( the great garlic guru and author and all around good guy, he actually included my lamb chop recipe in one of his books )The crop comes off in late June or early July and would be more than happy to trade for Peppadew seeds from you or anyone that might be able to help me out. I am determined to get these little babies somehow. From what I read they are tough to get going even if you get the seeds, probably partially because you can't just buy a pack and have a bunch of them to start with.
Soooooooo........drop me a line if you would and let me know my chances, I know they are not good, but hey I gotta start begging somewhere. Thanks Jeff
