Nope - no ducklings here yet either; the female moorhen has disappeared from the scene though. Have you ever seen a baby moorhen - moorchick - they are the most gorgeous little things; and their daddies [who are loud anyway] get even louder when taking them out for a swim. You can hear them a mile or so away. Fabulous. |
