I'm trying to lose weight too, as im clinically obese. I'm doing weight watchers but i'm really really struggling with motivation at the moment... i lost a stone but then i've been about the same weight since christmas.
Stress levels at work definitely aren't helping as I'm a comfort eater.
Actually does anyone have any idea for low fat high protein vegetarian snacks for after lottie digging sessions? I keep finding myself eating peanuts (which though healthy fat, are still fat!). |
