Hi - I bought one of these a few years ago and planted it out at the allotment. Before the first frosts, I dig it up and give it protection over winter, then plant out the following spring. It divides / roots really well, especially in late summer and grows better for me than normal coriander. As an experiment, I tried drying the leaves, but they're better fresh, chopped up in salads & other dishes for a subtle flavour. |
