Hello!!
It sound very good and easy to remember....I will have a go at it. I believe that Eau de vie is distilled from the left overs of the grapes including their stalks when they are pressed in order to extract the grape juice for wine making. This process will result to Eau de vie or grappa in italian or aqua ardiente in spanish.....surely we can also try this recipe using cheap brandy or vodka.
Many Thanks
