Alice I have been having a read and another recommendation is 2oz of Epsom Salts to a gallon of water sprayed at fortnightly intervals. This works out at double the strength of what my first book recommended. So you have a choice of a weak solution sprayed more often or a stronger one every two weeks. I think I would be inclined to go with the weak solution first.
