As I started the thread I'll add another comment.

All you folks who have commented are in no doubt animal lovers, nuff said.

My first staffie had to be put down after 13 years, I left my strong wife in the room with the vet while I cried my eyes out in then waiting room.

My current staff is 3, dopey as **** and my baby.

What I'm trying to say is the book brings back good memories and makes you sad as well, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
