Black eyes ......... a major problem up here with the wet windy weather ............. especially sailing.

How about dying your eyelashes DDL? I did it last summer and it was great! No black eyes or messy mascara to bother about. It looked good for about four weeks. You can get "home" kits although I seem to remember it was reasonably priced getting it done at a salon.
