Thanks DDL. I don't think I have posted that recipe up before, so I'll do that for you on Season To Taste, later. Had some for brekkie this morning, spread with a little Anchor Butter, it's lovely and moist.....
And I baked it in the silicon loaf 'thingy' that I bought from Lidl in Montlucon when I was staying with The Scareys en France, easy to turn out after baking, no fiddly greaseproof lining, dead good!
