I am sure I've seen a recipe for Blackberry Whisky on the site before.
If not if you use a raspberry vodke recipe i'm sure it would do good with Blackberries.
Yesterday i made a Summerfruitpudding , and I used a Blackberry syrup to soak my bread before. Syrup always useful in freezer.
