Blackberry wine!!! See if you can get hold of one of CJ Berry's books. Can't remember the quantities, but basically you put a load of blackberries in a clean sterile bucket, pour boiling water over and leave (covered) for a few days. Mash them with a spud masher or wooden spoon during this time. After around 3 or 4 days strain off. Put the resulting liquid into a fresh, clean, sterilised bucket and add sugar and yeast. Leave for a few days - it will start bubbling like mad - then tip into a demijohn, fit an airlock, and leave to ferment out (until it stops bubbling). ENJOY
