Grow your own binders are so easy to cultivate! You just sow the binder seed and after a couple of weeks an itsy bitsy binder comes up!

No staking is required and with no pests (apart from school kids pinching them) and as long as they are nurtured it shouldn't be long before you have a usable binder.

One of the other grapes will no doubt be able to furnish you with cooking details but as quite a few people are known to 'cook the books' a binder shouldn't pose any problems!
